Director of Employee Experience

We are looking for a talented Director of Employee Experience to join our Vattenfall team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering world-class employee experiences across four countries: Denmark, UK, Poland, and Finland. Your primary goal will be to drive business results through strategic workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 5 years of experience in HR leadership, with a proven track record of success in leading global teams. Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating business value are essential for this role. As a bonus, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, drive change initiatives, and develop yourself professionally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
