About the Role

Dalkia UK is seeking a talented Employee Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing effective employee experience strategies, working closely with HR to analyze and monitor employee data, and staying on top of the latest trends in employee engagement and communications.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to design engaging content that resonates with employees. They will also possess a strong understanding of communications channels and their impact on employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve the employee experience, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Analyze and monitor employee data to inform activities and ensure maximum employee experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in employee engagement and communications, suggesting innovative approaches to drive results.
  • Design and deliver proactive, targeted, and measurable communication initiatives and campaigns, aligned with business objectives.
  • Support key stakeholders in delivering their strategy or campaigns, providing expert advice on messaging and writing support.
