With a focus on employee relations, you will work closely with our HR Officers to deliver a high-quality advisory service to our employees.

Key Responsibilities: Attendance management, health and welfare support, dispute resolution, performance improvement, and job evaluation are just a few of the key responsibilities of this role. You will work closely with our experienced HR Officers to provide guidance and support to managers and staff across various service areas.

Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £38,964 to £41,994 per annum, depending on skills and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will be entitled to a local government pensions scheme, excellent benefits including sickness pay and life insurance, and a positive working culture with ongoing learning opportunities. You will also have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of two days spent in the office.
