We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Adviser to join our team at SG Kleinwort Hambros. As an HR Adviser, you will be responsible for providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, supporting onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate employee records.

About the Position

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to work in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice on HR matters, supporting the onboarding process, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Support onboarding processes, including preparing contracts and documents
  • Maintain accurate employee records and comply with company policies and legal requirements
  • Assist with internal audits and compliance tracking
  • Liaise with T&C on contractual and reporting line changes
  • Process leave of absence requests and produce confirmation letters
  • Support with sickness process and Subject Access Requests
  • Generate regular HR reports and assist with planning HR events
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
