About the Role
Nuvei is seeking an HR Operations Manager to support the HR team in various aspects, including employee relations, auditing, talent acquisition, and payroll administration. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in HR, employment law and regulations knowledge, and good business partnership skills. They will also need to have a flexible attitude to adapt to requirements and a strategic and continuous improvement mindset. As a key member of the team, they will work closely with our agile team and senior people operations business partner on cultural enhancement, events, and engagement activities. Additionally, they will be responsible for all employee and company-initiated relocations, working closely with our global mobility specialist. The estimated salary for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 per annum.
