Job Summary

We seek an experienced HR Generalist and Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing administrative support to the HR Business Partner across the full employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, compensation, benefits, leavers, learning and development, employee relations, and HR projects.

Key Tasks
  • Manage the resourcing process, including headcount requests, job descriptions, and benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with the Rewards team on processes like the annual Total Compensation Review.
  • Contribute to policy reviews to ensure compliance against best practices.
  • Support grievances and disciplinaries as needed.
What You'll Receive

A highly competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on experience.
