Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Hospitality Coordinator, your primary duties will include:

- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of your designated area at all times
- Possessing a comprehensive understanding of the menu and current promotions to effectively assist customers
- Managing the cash register during service while adhering to proper procedures
- Addressing customer complaints professionally and in accordance with established protocols
- Complying with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, and reporting incidents as required

Required Skills & Experience

We are looking for candidates who possess:

- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Effective communication abilities
- Previous experience in catering or hospitality

Employee Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of up to £13.15 per hour, with overtime compensation at 1.5 times the hourly rate.

Additional benefits include an Employee Assistance Programme, a cycle to work scheme, workplace pension, life assurance (2x salary), 28 days of holiday (pro-rata, including Bank Holidays), increasing to 31 days after two years of service, and a day off for your birthday.
