Position Overview
This role is designed for individuals who excel in managing customer orders within a dynamic operational environment. As a key member of our team, you will serve as the primary contact for order fulfillment inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently process customer orders through both electronic and manual systems, adhering to established commercial agreements regarding delivery timelines and order specifications.
  • Monitor the status of order fulfillment to guarantee timely and complete deliveries, proactively communicating any discrepancies to customers.
  • Anticipate potential service disruptions related to stock levels, product changes, or other factors, implementing strategies to mitigate risks and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Generate and distribute performance metrics for designated accounts utilizing SAP and relevant customer platforms.
  • Coordinate with third-party contractors to ensure that any product returns or disposals are managed promptly and accurately.
  • Engage with various internal and external partners to deliver exceptional service and support.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Familiarity with supply chain operations, including warehousing, distribution, and demand forecasting.

Skills Required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
