Job Summary:

Eram Talent is seeking a skilled Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a venue in Saudi Arabia. As a Venue Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the venue, delivering exceptional customer service, and maximizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage venue staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Coordinate events and functions, including logistics, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Oversee inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, conducting regular risk assessments and implementing necessary measures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve venue operations and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Venue Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate in English (mandatory), Arabic (preferred), and other languages (preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or events industry.
  • Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and conflict management skills, with a principled approach to understanding problems and opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field, preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Consistent, punctual, and regular attendance as a key member of the Guest Relations team, with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English, with knowledge of Arabic an advantage.
