Job Summary:

The Night Receptionist/GSR is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel during the night shift. This role requires a dynamic and customer-focused individual who can provide exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the security and safety of hotel guests and staff
  • Complete night audits to fulfill all audit and statistical information requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, including check-in and check-out, luggage assistance, and food and beverage service
  • Operate the hotel switchboard and handle internal and external calls
  • Order and deliver guest newspapers and ensure accurate charging and control
  • Prepare and serve room service orders
  • Perform cleaning tasks as required, including removing trays from public areas and bedroom corridors
  • Adhere to company regulations and laws related to the role

Requirements:

  • Availability to work between 11pm and 7am, with flexibility to work weekends
