Product Co is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Partner to join our team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships, revenue share, and fixed income models.
Key Responsibilities- Draft effective growth strategies (organic and inorganic), including partnerships, service and geo penetration, and value-based selling (VBS) strategies.
- Participate in Portfolio Re-engineering, innovation, and execution.
- New Business Development:
- Accountable for P&L of one practice; revenue target of $2m/annual.
- Prospect potential new clients and ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Market Positioning:
- Develop and enhance a common marketing message and align the market positioning accordingly.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic sales and marketing.
- B2B sales experience or a passion for B2B sales.
- Master's in business administration.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a mix of equity, revenue share, and fixed income as part of your compensation package.
