Product Co is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Partner to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships, revenue share, and fixed income models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft effective growth strategies (organic and inorganic), including partnerships, service and geo penetration, and value-based selling (VBS) strategies.
  • Participate in Portfolio Re-engineering, innovation, and execution.
  • New Business Development:
    • Accountable for P&L of one practice; revenue target of $2m/annual.
    • Prospect potential new clients and ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Market Positioning:
    • Develop and enhance a common marketing message and align the market positioning accordingly.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic sales and marketing.
  • B2B sales experience or a passion for B2B sales.
  • Master's in business administration.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a mix of equity, revenue share, and fixed income as part of your compensation package.
