Strategic Growth Partner

We are seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our strategic growth plan in the UK market. With a strong focus on business development and relationship-building, you will lead our team of consultants to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a strategy for the growth of Singulier in the UK market, in collaboration with the management team.
- Building relationships with Private Equity firms and promoting our existing offers to PE funds and corporates.
- Leveraging your network and expanding market awareness of Singulier's offer in the UK.
- Leading engagement and successfully interfacing with multiple clients, conducting complex and large-scale projects in collaboration with the operational manager and digital/strategy experts.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional work experience, with at least 5 years in a strategy consulting firm.
- Established and extensive PE network in the UK.
- Entrepreneurial/business development spirit with strategic and operational abilities.
- Digital skills and knowledge.
- Ability to adapt to a moving environment and a growing team - you will be responsible for recruiting and developing the team.
- Good business knowledge of the UK market.
- Proven ability to build, lead and execute strategy.
- Track record of accurate, high-quality work, with strong written and communication skills.
Salary: £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
