About the Role

We seek a Client Director to build and lead a portfolio of clients in the Middle East, driving growth and delivering against revenue and profit targets. The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients in the region, as well as in large-scale, strategic projects and client management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a client portfolio with overall accountability for portfolio success
  • Drive commercial performance of client projects, ensuring quality solution design and delivery
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, proposal development, and high-quality pitches

Requirements

  • Experience working with clients in the Middle East
  • Experience in large-scale, strategic projects and client management
  • Human capital development, leadership development solutions, or change management experience
