Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Fraser Edwards Recruitment Limited. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the administration team with the planning of work schedules, entering and recording data into our company CRM, and providing all necessary employee paperwork, certificates & reports in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the administration team with the planning of work schedules
• Enter and record data into company CRM
• Provide all necessary employee paperwork, certificates & reports in a timely manner
• Process vehicle check sheets
• Answer and direct telephone calls
• Help with DBS applications
Requirements:
• Full UK driving license
• 1 year's experience
