Job Role: Admin Officer (AO)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team at Brook Street NMR. As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including collating and analyzing complex information, overseeing administrative procedures, and preparing routine correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate and analyze complex information or data, submitting results in a written report
  • Oversee administrative procedures and processes
  • Assist with budget preparation and control, if required
  • Act as an administrative liaison with internal and/or external sources
  • Prepare routine correspondence

Requirements:

  • Five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent)
  • NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or suitable clerical experience
  • Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written

Security Clearance: BPSS + Basic DBS

Working Hours: 9-5 full time office based
