Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Together Dental. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our organisation and practice teams to deliver excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support and coordination between all elements of day-to-day business management
  • Responsible for booking in patients and supporting with IMOS downloads
  • Build and manage new lead communication, including call handling and templates
  • Handle and book in new private leads for practices
  • Provide Clinician Support Administrators with converted leads relevant to their assigned clinician
  • Maintain lead database within Zoho
  • Support and train on CRM throughout the business
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
  • Successfully support organisational delivery against OKR's and KPI's
  • Maintain a consistent level of outbound telephone activity to prospective new customers
  • Use existing data to identify potential new business leads
  • Provide first-class service and build rapport with patients and stakeholders
