About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Palliative Care Specialist to join our Inpatient Unit team at Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with progressive life-limiting illnesses.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead on and coordinate assessment, planning, and evaluation of individualized patient care, ensuring a holistic approach that is sensitive and responsive to patients' changing needs.
  • Maintain a respectful, non-judgmental, and caring attitude, ensuring the Rennie Grove Peace Hospice vision and philosophy of care is integral to the care delivered and role undertaken.
  • Coordinate and ensure the smooth running of shifts, ensuring staff and patients are safe.
  • Act as a Rennie Grove Peace ambassador within the community, promoting our values and services.
