**Shift and schedule**:
Monday to Friday (09:00-17:30)

Full time

**Location**:
Watford, WD17 (Office based role 5 days a week)

Being able to reliably commute to this location

Average salary indicator: Competitive

**Main Duties and responsibilities**:

- Provide support and cover for talent centre staff such as undertaking assessments, assisting with interviews (training and guidance will be given on this)
- Support members of staff with the formatting of documents using PowerPoint, Word etc.
- To prepare a range of workshop/training materials; psychometric test materials; stationery for all members of staff
- To prepare and send psychometric test orders to our clients within the UK and internationally

- Strong administrative skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
- IT and Microsoft office skills

**Experience**:

- 1 -2 years of administration experience (required)
- 1-2 years in a customer service environment (preferred)
