**About Our Client**:
Our client is a well-established firm in the Retail industry, with modern offices based in Croxley Business Park in Watford. They are currently looking for an excellent administrator who is comfortable talking to stakeholders internally and externally to join their friendly and supportive team as a Fleet Administrator. This is a 6 month FTC to start ASAP, covering maternity leave with potential for extension as the company is growing.
- Manage and maintain fleet operations, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Processing fleet related orders
- Reconcile employee expenses with current fuel rates
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient fleet usage.
- Ensure that all fleet records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Investigate and resolve any fleet-related issues or discrepancies.
- Report on fleet performance and costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers for vehicle procurement and disposal.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the fleet.
**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Fleet Administrator should have:
- Experience in Administration and/or Customer service (no fleet experience is required, full training will be provided)
- Live locally to Watford, able to work on site Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
- Able to start a new role ASAP and commit to the duration of the 6 month FTC
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
