We are seeking a highly experienced Long Term Children in Care Social Worker to join our team at Northamptonshire Children's Trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, coordinating multi-agency approaches, and building positive relationships with children, young people, and families. Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 per annum.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with looked after children and a strong understanding of the importance of delivering positive outcomes for children and families.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build trust with vulnerable individuals. About the role:

  • Conducting clear, accurate assessments and making recommendations for care plans;
  • Coordinating multi-agency approaches to ensure effective support for children and families;
  • Building positive relationships with children, young people, and families to promote their overall well-being;
