Job Description

As a Child Welfare Specialist, you will work closely with children, young people, and families to provide guidance and support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and gathering relevant information
  • Coordinating multi-agency approaches to ensure effective support
  • Building positive relationships with children, young people, and families
  • Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience working with looked-after children, court teams, or safeguarding services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
