About the Role:

Hales Group Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the support staff, you will provide administrative support to the Design department, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Design department, including typing correspondence, taking and distributing minutes, filing, and other general administrative tasks.
  • Diary Management: Manage the Team Director's diary, making appointments and travel arrangements as necessary.
  • Record Keeping: Update and maintain records as appropriate, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Information Collation: Collate information for various packs, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Certificate Management: Register new developments with various companies and liaise with solicitors to issue certificates.
  • Team Support: Provide support to other departmental secretaries, including reception, as required.
  • Meetings and Compliance: Attend meetings necessary for the performance of duties and comply with and uphold company policies and procedures.

  • Technical Skills: Be competent in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Administrative Experience: Possess previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Team Player: Be willing to assist in other departments as required.
