We are seeking an experienced Admin Support to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. As an Admin Support, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations and maintaining customer databases.
  • Assist with contracts and create presentations to support sales efforts.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate sales meetings and appointments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide product information to support sales efforts.
  • Monitor and track sales activities to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare sales reports to provide insights and recommendations for sales strategies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Full driving license.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
