Pension Administrator Role
We are seeking an experienced Pension Administrator to join our team at Bruin Financial. As a key member of our pension consultancy, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate scheme records and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining consistent and accurate scheme records and events
- Meeting and exceeding set key performance indicators and quality standards
- Providing excellent customer service to all clients, members, and third parties
- Amending policies and offering general advice to members
- Liaising with Senior Pension Administrators to ensure work is of a high standard and compliant with regulations
- Participating in and promoting good team communications
- Supporting less experienced members of the team
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need strong DB pensions experience, outstanding attention to detail, and a commitment to providing ongoing quality. You will be a team player who is able to work to tight deadlines and is competent in Word and Excel.
