We are seeking a skilled DC Pension Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in advising clients on their Defined Contribution (DC) pension propositions.

  • You will engage with providers, current clients, and new prospects to directly impact client satisfaction and the growth of the DC team.
  • Shape practical solutions to address client needs and build lasting relationships to grow your portfolio.
  • Presentation of provider selection recommendations and support for the delivery of DC services, including scheme design, auto-enrolment compliance, governance, and salary exchange implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To conduct and maintain pension provider research.
  • Explore opportunities in Financial Wellbeing.
  • Continuously develop your DC expertise and stay informed on pension trends.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in UK pension consulting or with a pension provider, demonstrating successful client relationship management.
  • Advanced understanding of pension providers, master trusts, the UK DC market, key trends, and drivers.
  • Broad knowledge of relevant pension legislation and governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with broader employee benefits is advantageous.
