IGA Talent Solutions is currently supporting a long-standing client in a search to hire a Professional Trustee to join their team in Manchester.
This is a unique opportunity for a talented mid-career individual looking to move into independent professional pension trusteeship.
Our client is looking to enhance their existing trustee team with new colleagues who will expand the skills and diversity of the team and bring a fresh perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Generous starting package of up to £100k base salary, plus bonus and benefits
- Manchester, with hybrid working, 3 days a week in the office

About the Client
Our client specialises in providing appointable trustees, with the right expertise and experience, to successfully run pension schemes for some of the UK's largest employers.
The team is made up of former investment professionals, actuaries, lawyers, accountants, pension managers, and corporate financiers, who combine to share knowledge to deliver better outcomes.
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with at least 10 years in a pension and/or investment-related role.
You will have strong interpersonal skills and commercial experience and an ability to develop new relationships and win the trust of sponsors and trustee boards.
