About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on various commercial projects. Your primary duties will include:

  • Project Management: Collaborate with directors and project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
  • Contract Administration: Administer multiple contracts in accordance with project objectives and relevant legislation.
  • Cost Control: Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion, ensuring alignment with budget targets.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Previous consultancy experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably with MRICS certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver completed projects within budget and timeframe.
  • Strong leadership and commercial skills, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
