Job Overview

We are recruiting a dedicated Care Manager to join our team at SCR Recruitment Services. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a residential and supported living service providing care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to our service users, enabling them to live as independently as possible. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver person-centered care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote independence and well-being
  • Lead a team of carers to provide high-quality support and care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care provision
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in care management or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines
