Experienced Learning Disabilities Manager Wanted

We are recruiting for an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our fantastic residential and supported living service in the Shrewsbury area. This service provides care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to encourage service users to live as independently as possible. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of up to £35,000. Key responsibilities include:
* Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
* Strong staff management skills
* Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
* Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve Outstanding and deliver the highest quality person-centered care.
