**Salary; £30,240.00 - £31,024.00* FTE per annum. (Overtime available)**

Learning Disability - Children’s Residential Care Worker -** Full Time and Part Time positions available.**

**Working Pattern**:Flexible working options are available for both full-time roles and part-time positions. 365 day service due to the nature of the work.

New Reflexions offers care, education, and therapy services for young people. Join us in assisting vulnerable young individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and complex needs, who require support with daily activities such as self-care. We are seeking care workers who are calm, conscientious, and compassionate, capable of tending to the daily requirements of our vulnerable young people.

We offer care workers support through our comprehensive paid two-week in-person training program, when you first join us. After finishing your training, you will become familiar with your role by meeting your team, attending a house meeting, and shadow shifts, which will help you ease into your duties. Managers will be on hand to offer assistance and guidance whenever required.

**Essential Requirements - **Full UK manual driving Licence; access to own vehicle: Passionate about helping children; Able to get to a rural work location; Able to complete a rota pattern with Sleep ins.
- Estimated salary based on a pay rate of £12.00 - £12.25 per hour for days ( depending on qualifications ) and working an average of 11 shifts (with sleep ins) per month paid at £40 - £42 per sleep.

Contracted to 173 hours per month plus sleeps
- ** Up to 8 face to face counselling sessions_

The post holder has the responsibility to adhere to our Safeguarding and Child Protection Procedure.
