Job Summary:
SCR Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a fantastic residential and supported living service in the Shrewsbury area. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prior experience as Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
• QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)
• Strong staff management skills
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
• Enthusiasm, passion and determination to achieve Outstanding and deliver the highest quality person-centered care.
What We Offer:
A fantastic salary of up to £35,000 and the opportunity to work with a dedicated team.
