Key Responsibilities

As National Account Manager for Convenience, you will be responsible for driving growth across the Convenience channel for our portfolio of premium brands. This will involve developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve volume, £NSV, £GP, and distribution targets with our key customers.

Key Requirements

  • Proven sales and commercial experience, including national customers with a strong track record of achievement and wins with key customers
  • Awareness and understanding of the complexities of RTM in the Wholesale & Convenience channel and how to drive commercial performance through direct & indirect customers
  • Experience working in commercial within FMCG with demonstrable previous involvement of working with Wholesale & Convenience customers
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to forecast accurately and communicate category insights to develop compelling, mutually beneficial growth plans
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and an eye for new opportunities, with well-developed written and verbal communication and presentation skills
