About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team at Novus Property Solutions in Stoke on Trent. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for managing incoming visitors, administrative duties, and providing a flexible approach to the needs of the business and wider team.
- Manage all travel and accommodation bookings for the business
- Oversee room bookings at the central support office and organise refreshments as required
- Manage the department, including stationery, kitchen stocks, building suppliers, and cleaner stocks
- Key holder responsible for the building opening/locking of reception
- Manage the building facilities, problem-solving repairs as required
Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, providing the knowledge and understanding required to balance the role and manage day-to-day administration tasks.

You will be experienced in a Receptionist role, providing excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a flexible approach to work.
