Sales Administrator (Part Time)

£12.00 - £13.00 per hour

**Job Type**: Permanent, Part Time

Location: Birmingham, Hybrid Working

Hours: 20 - 25 hours per week to be discussed

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls
- Assist in generating sales reports, presentations, and proposals to support the sales team in achieving their targets
- Coordinate and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Maintain accurate and updated customer databases and records
- Respond to customer enquiries, providing product information and pricing details
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Support the sales manager with any ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

Skills and experience
- Proven experience in a sales support role or similar position
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Prioritising tasks effectively in a part-time capacity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to confidently interact with internal teams and external customers
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to streamline sales processes and generate reports
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, even in a part-time capacity
