Willis Towers Watson is seeking a highly experienced Pension Administration Manager to deliver a high-quality pension administration service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the quality and performance of the pension administration service meets the defined objectives.
- Adhere to the change, quality assurance, and operational excellence frameworks to deliver a quality service.
- Accountable for ensuring Team Leads conduct activities in line with internal procedures, policies, and legislation, including industry standards.
- Create a collaborative culture where processes are applied consistently within the team.
- Experience: Highly experienced in creating and managing high-performing teams.
- Staffing and Training: Evidence of developing and implementing staffing and training plans to maximize quality, efficiency, utilization, and productivity.
- Leadership: Ability to create a one-team mindset that mentors and develops employees to help create a high-performance organization and a capacity for future leaders.
- Line Management: Ensure that structures and systems for line management are in place and consistently followed across the team.
- Scheme Experience: Experience in dealing with DB, DC, and hybrid occupational schemes is essential.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills and the ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects, including the ability to support conflict resolution and the removal of escalated blockers.
