About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Test Centre Associate at Reed in Partnership.

As a Test Centre Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of driving theory tests to candidates across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Exam Invigilation: Ensure the integrity and security of tests are maintained, adhering to strict guidelines and procedures.
  • Test Centre Operations: Assist with the efficient delivery of tests, including checking candidates' ID documents, booking them in on the system, and supervising tests.
  • Candidate Support: Explain the test process to candidates, address their queries, and provide support as needed.
  • Test Centre Maintenance: Review tests and test centre schedules, perform daily opening and closing procedures, and ensure the test centre meets individual candidate needs.
  • Incident Reporting: Handle and report incidents that could impact candidate testing, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required, although driving will not be required for all locations.
  • Customer Service Experience: Significant demonstrable experience in providing high-quality customer service is essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are required to ensure the integrity and security of tests.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility in working hours and days, including evenings and weekends, is necessary to meet the demands of the role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and deal with confrontational candidates in a professional manner.
