Role of Customer Service Associate

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and approachable Customer Service Associates to join our vibrant team at the MORI Flagship Store. As a member of our close-knit group, we seek individuals who are passionate about retail and eager to embody our brand values. This position is crucial for delivering outstanding customer experiences both in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to guarantee high satisfaction levels
  • Keeping the sales floor organized and well-stocked
  • Assisting in the management of shop floor and stockroom inventory
  • Sharing product insights with customers and promoting our brand
  • Enhancing store security through attentive customer interactions
  • Supporting store administration and compliance duties
  • Upholding high standards of visual merchandising
  • Collaborating with Head Office teams on various projects
