Job Title: Head of Corporate Strategy

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Corporate Strategy to join our team at DiverseJobsMatter. As a strategic leader, you will provide critical support to our CEO and Executive team, driving the development of our Business Plan and reporting process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead corporate strategy initiatives on behalf of the CEO and Strategy & Business Performance Executive Director.
  • Develop and implement the Business Plan, working closely with our functions to ensure collective endorsement.
  • Set strategic assumptions for the Business Plan, jointly with the Head of Strategy and Advisory.
  • Ensure the progress of development companies is factored into our Strategic and Business Plan.
  • Lead the approval process of the Business Plan within the organization and its shareholder.
  • Lead the quarterly reporting process to our Board and shareholders, strengthening the reporting process with data-driven reports.
  • Liaise with our shareholder sponsorship team to build a strong working relationship and provide the right level of information.
  • Lead high-impact strategic projects on behalf of the Strategy & Business Performance Executive Director, ensuring collective ownership of our strategy and alignment.
  • Manage a team responsible for business reporting and planning, and leading our engagement with our Sponsorship.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of working in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and corporate support functions.
  • Deep knowledge and passion for our company's vision, values, strategy, people, systems, and processes.
  • Moral courage and intellectual capability to initiate ideas and provide firm, direct, and timely feedback and challenge.
  • A strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop a comprehensive strategy and narrative in a complex and ambiguous workplace.
  • Demonstrated track record of experience in strategic planning and business plan development, preferably within the nuclear/energy/infrastructure industry.
  • Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the capability to present intricate strategic concepts to diverse audiences.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management/Strategy, or a related field preferred. Master's degree is essential.
