The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our Student Recruitment team at UAL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns that drive engagement and deliver results.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with our Student Recruitment Marketing Manager and colleagues across the department to plan, implement, and evaluate innovative marketing campaigns that support our student recruitment targets. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of marketing activities, from above-the-line advertising to paid search campaigns.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and deliver results
  • Work closely with the Student Recruitment Marketing Manager and colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns
  • Utilise market research and intelligence to inform marketing approaches
  • Champion the principles of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Collaborate with the Digital and Content teams to create engaging content and optimise digital channels for maximum impact

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in creating marketing collateral in both print and digital formats, supported by a solid understanding of website Content Management Systems (CMS) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) practices. If you have a working knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing, market research, CRM and platforms like Google AdWords and Social Media advertising, we want to hear from you.
