Project Overview:

The Sizewell C nuclear power project is a major infrastructure project that requires careful planning and execution. Our team is responsible for ensuring that the project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Lead to join our team on the Sizewell C nuclear power project. As a Quality Management Lead, you will be responsible for developing quality arrangements for the project organization and implementing quality arrangements for execution, technical assessment, and surveillance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing quality policies and procedures in line with industry standards
  • Implementing and maintaining quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Managing non-conformance and quality release certificates
  • Resolving quality-related issues and bringing about improvements

Person Specification:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as engineering, science, or business
  • Proven experience in project delivery, preferably in the nuclear power sector
  • Clear understanding of quality management best practice
  • Ability to influence and provide constructive challenge
  • Interfacing with project teams and supply chain organizations
