About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Nuclear Commissioning Specialist to join our team at National Nuclear Laboratory. As a key member of our Engineering department, you will be responsible for delivering project activities within an operational nuclear facility.

Main Responsibilities
  • Commissioning performance and safety testing of plant and equipment, documenting results accurately
  • Marking up engineering drawings/documentation to reflect 'as-built' conditions
  • Documenting design, installation, quality performance, and safety non-conformances
  • Providing commissioning progress reports when required
  • Contributing to design and safety case processes (MDDR/Hazop)
Essential Criteria
  • Time-served indentured EC&I apprenticeship
  • Minimum ONC or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering
  • Demonstrable engineering experience in the nuclear industry
  • Demonstrable commissioning experience in the nuclear industry
