Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Elizabeth Michael Associates. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage client accounts, addressing their needs and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize business software, such as SAGE, to assist with administrative duties.
- Engage with clients to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and projects, ensuring all logistical arrangements are handled efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, transactions, and communications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in using business software, such as SAGE, is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload efficiently.
