About the Role

Macildowie Recruitment and Retention is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Administrative Professional to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Order Processing: Process and manage customer orders, including processing payments, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and filing.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, sales team, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous customer service and sales administration experience is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office packages.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
