Job Description

Frazer Jones is working with a global law firm to recruit a DEI Specialist to join on a 12 month fixed term contract covering a period of maternity leave.

This is a fantastic role which will take the lead on all things engagement and planning within DEI.

This role will support the delivery of DEI across all groups for the UK and International offices.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage the diversity and engagement plan, including key dates, reporting deadlines and internal and external events
  • Manage the intranet site and keep updated with all initiatives and events
  • Manage international people networks
  • Lead on the delivery of DEI reporting
  • Support employee networks with events and communications

Work with the wider HR team on new initiatives and process improvement

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience managing and delivering communications
  • Experience working in a DEI specialist role (internally)
  • Experience managing budgets and external suppliers
  • Experience implementing firm wide (ideally global) projects and initiatives
  • A true passion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • Strong reporting and analysis skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

This is a 12 month fixed term contract based in London. This firm have a hybrid working policy of 60% in office working.
