Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Clerical Officer to join our team in the Belfast City Centre.     About the Role:
    As a Clerical Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including data entry, answering telephone enquiries, and maintaining confidentiality. You will also be required to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and answering telephone enquiries
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders

    Requirements:
  • 1 year's clerical experience
  • 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent, including Maths and English, or 2 years' relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Maintain confidentiality and working experience using MS Office packages

    What You'll Get:
