About the JobWe're seeking an experienced Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in Blackpool, where you'll play a vital role in empowering our clients to live independently within their community.
This is a full-time position (25 hours per week), with a rota that includes days, evenings, sleep ins, and weekends. You'll be based at one site, but there may be opportunities to travel to other schemes across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide recovery-focused support to enable our clients to achieve their goals and live independently.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and external agencies to promote effective communication and coordination.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and support.
The salary for this position is estimated to be £21,000-£23,000 per annum, depending on experience.
