Job Title: Mental Health Support Specialist

Tripod Partners are seeking a qualified Mental Health Nurse to join the Fylde and Wyre CAMHS team as a full-time member of staff. This role involves working face-to-face with young people, providing essential mental health support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough assessments and provide individualized support to young people.
  2. Develop comprehensive care plans, including hospital discharge plans, and adapt risk management strategies as needed.
  3. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and external organizations to ensure cohesive care.
  4. Signpost to relevant services and make safeguarding referrals when necessary.
  5. Offer effective support to young people dealing with various mental health and wellbeing challenges.
  6. Ensure adherence to CAMHS and children's child protection protocols.
Position Details:
  1. Location: Blackpool
  2. Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  3. Contract Duration: ASAP - End of Contract
  4. Rate: £25.00 per hour
  5. Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Requirements:
  1. Qualified Social Worker or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with relevant experience.
  2. Experience in CAMHS and children's child protection work.
  3. Strong assessment, care planning, and risk management skills.
  4. Ability to work face-to-face with young people and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (based on 37 hours/week)
