About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional care to individuals with mental health needs. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver personalized support.

Job Summary
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to clients with mental health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Provide emotional support, guidance, and practical assistance to clients and their families.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each client.

  2. Client Support: Provide emotional support, guidance, and practical assistance to clients and their families, promoting independence and well-being.

  3. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes and improve client quality of life.

  4. Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions, progress, and care plans.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, nursing).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with mental health needs.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
