Community Living Assistant

Lifeways Group is seeking a Community Living Assistant - Mental Health to join our dedicated team in Blackpool. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with enduring mental health needs to live independently within their community.
In this exciting role, you will receive a competitive salary of £29,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including a free enhanced DBS check, paid online induction, and access to a NEST Pension scheme. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and career with us, receiving full training to enable you to provide recovery focused support for our clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and good I.T. skills, including word, databases, and e-mails. While an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care is desirable, it is not essential, as we offer support to obtain this qualification. This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
- This is a full-time position, 25 hours per week, on a rota basis, including days, evenings, sleep ins, and weekends.
- You will be based at one site, with opportunities to travel to other schemes across the business.
