We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Community Care Assistant at Prestige Nursing. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in care and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
About the RoleAs a Community Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Providing hands-on care and support to clients, including personal care, meal preparation, and domestic duties
- Assisting with medication management and administration
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the team leader
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience working in a care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour (with enhanced bank holiday rates) and the flexibility to choose from zero-hour contracts or contracted hours (16hrs, 24hrs, or 30hrs) to suit your lifestyle.
